Description
### Expected
I would expect holding the middle mouse button and dragging it would allow me to scroll on the notes.
### Observed
I did not see the scroll icon and the action doesn't allow me to scroll on the notes.
### Reproduced
1. Open Simplenote web app at https://app.simplenote.com
2. Open a long note (more than a page long)
3. Click on the middle mouse button and hold it while dragging up or down on the notes section
4. The scroll icon doesn't show up and not able to scroll on the note.

### Additional testing
The same action doesn't work on other sites (e.g. Google Search results) on Google Chrome browser (version 85.0.4183.1210). However, I was able to apply the middle mouse hold and drag action on Google Search result with Firefox browser (version 81.0).

Research direction
Start by reproducing the issue in the Simplenote web app at https://app.simplenote.com with a long note, using the reported Windows 10 and Chrome 85 setup, then compare Firefox. Done means middle-button hold-and-drag shows the scroll behavior and scrolls the note as expected.
