App does not remember previous window position and open note when reopened

### What's happened
In previous releases of Simplenote the app would remember the window position and note you had open last and open in that same way. The recent release doesn't to that.

### Steps to reproduce

1. Update your app to 1.21.1
2. Open the app, click on a note and move the app from the upper right corner
3. Close Simplenote
4. When you reopen Simplenote it will move back to the upper right corner and no note will be displayed

No files or tests are named in the report. Reproduce the reopen flow described for Simplenote 1.21.1, then trace the window-position and selected-note lifecycle; done means reopening restores both the previous position and open note.
