Description

## Expected
All text in a note should save when a note is closed

### Observed
When a note is closed in Chrome on a Windows computer characters written there can disappear. Testing this on other devices does not produce the same results

### Reproduced
User reported:
1. Open a Chrome Incognito tab
2. Log into Simplenote and add content to a note
3. Close the tab
4. Open a new tab and log back into Simplenote
5. Open your note

These steps may need to be repeated as the issue doesn't happen every time.

Research direction

No source file or test is named. First reproduce the intermittent loss in Chrome Incognito on Windows using the listed steps and inspect the note close/save flow; compare behavior with other devices. Done means all text remains after closing the tab and reopening the note, with coverage for the reported scenario.
