Android app not sync with desktop app (Permanent Bug?)

I'm long term user of simple note. since couple years ago there always a season android app not sync to the desktop app (the weird thing is when adding or updating from desktop app it gets pushed to the app). This will happen usually in couple weeks and then it will works normally again after update is realeased. and there has been a lot of 'not sync' season episodes like this during simple note lifetime. All bug report about this always get closed but this bug keeps getting back again and again till a point it becomes really annoying.
