Tag Sorting Alphabetically Not Being Reflected

If tags are sorted alphabetically, and a tag is edited, the order of the tag should move to the appropriate location in the alphabetized tag list.

### Observed
. I have my tags sorted alphabetically. When the names of certain tags are changed to intentionally move them towards the bottom of the list (adding a "Z" in front of them). Despite doing this, they remain listed in the order they were in when they were originally named on the Android app. This does not occur on the MacOS or Web versions of Simplenote - the tags move to the correct alphabetical order when the name is changed.
