Option to create a Folder

Hello team, I want to request a feature to create Folder inside the app.

It's really hard to manage when you have 100+ notes. So it would ne really helpful if we can create folder and categories the notes.

No files, tests, or entry points are named. First clarify the folder and category requirements, including how notes are assigned and displayed, then review the existing note-management flow. Done should mean users can create folders and organize notes within them, with the expected behavior covered by tests.
