As mobile app user, I want to see note by default in preview.

- the note should be display in preview, not edit mode. That's the main purpose of note, " to use the content "
- optionally, a option in setting to choose in preview node or edit mode.

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Reproduce the note preview and edit behavior on Android, then trace where the app chooses the initial mode. Done means notes open in preview mode by default; clarify whether the optional setting is also required.
