Description
This is reeeeally low priority, but still adding it for the record. Also, I'm not sure if this is an Android issue, or the issue of how tags are created differently in other platforms.
### Expected
`Edit Tags` screen should reflect the correct notes count for a tag is all cases.
### Observed
If `Edit Tags` screen was open, and a new tag was added (to a note) via other device (iPhone in video), the new tag will appear, but will not show the notes count until screen is reopened:

### Reproduced
1. Open `Edit Tags` screen
2. In the other device, add a new tag to a note, and see what happens in `Edit Tags` screen:
- When added from iOS or Electron: tag will appear, the note count will be shown after screen reopening
- When added from macOS: tag will appear, the note count will be shown
Device Model: Samsung Galaxy A31
Android Version: 10
Simplenote Version: 2.21-rc-1

Research direction
Reproduce the issue by opening the Edit Tags screen on Android and adding a tag to a note from another device, especially iOS or Electron. Compare the displayed note count before and after reopening the screen; done means the newly appearing tag shows its correct count immediately without reopening.
