Description

Reported via 4251573-zen

If we add a `#` symbol to the note title, the symbol does not appear in any app except in the Android one. I understand that we have no reason for this to not show, as markdown should not affect titles and these should always be H1 but is also true that the symbol only appears in Android so it could be done like this by design, so I'm uncertain:

Is this the expected behavior? In which case the bug is with the other apps. Or are we markdown in titles on purpose?

### Expected

The title should read the same in all apps.

### Observed

The markdown H1 symbol `#` appears in the titles in Android, while doesn't on other apps.

### Reproduced

1. Go to your notes
2. Create a new note
3. Use a title starting with `#`
4. See `#` appear.

Research direction

No file or test is named in the issue. Reproduce the title behavior on Android and compare it with the other Simplenote apps, then trace the Android note-title rendering path; done means a title beginning with `#` is displayed consistently across apps.
