App crash when updated to 2.18

The user at 3997467-zen is experiencing an app crash since the 2.18 update, we asked them to move to 2.17 temporarily and this works for them for the moment.

Since yesterday I cannot open the app on my smartphone at all, it crashes instantly, but on my PC everything’s perfectly fine. I reported the bug but I thought to contact the support to provide better information if possible and to resolve the problem faster.

They've attached 8 screenshots on the report with the full log, but haven't shared other details like the OS. It seems that mainly is the following error:

`android.database.sqlite.SQLiteBlobTooBigException: Row too big to fit into CursorWindow requiredPos=2, totalRows=3`

I was unable to replicate on an Android device. Opening this for the moment, and will update the report when we get more details.
