Description
From 3934110-zen:
> I've noticed lately that sometimes when I move the cursor between different lines within a note, it will auto replace the word the cursor is next to with the last word it was beside on the previous line.
> For example, if I have a grocery list like this:
Costco
Blanket
Mattress
Sausage
Maple syrup
> And if my cursor is beside the word 'syrup' but then I move it to beside 'Costco', the word Costco is replaced with 'syrup'.
> Autocorrect and autofill are all turned off, and this ONLY happens in Simplenote.
The user claims that they recently changed their phone (Samsung A8 to A71) and it started shortly after that. We asked for a video demonstrating the problem.
@thabotswana also tried to reproduce with an S9+ with One UI 2.5 and Android 10 but no luck.

Device Make: Samsung
Device Model: A71 with One UI 3.1
Android Version: 11
Simplenote Version: 2.18 (138)

Research direction
No source file, test, or entry point is named. First try to reproduce the cursor movement on the listed Samsung A71, Android 11, and Simplenote 2.18 configuration, then trace the Android editor behavior involved in moving between lines. Done means the adjacent word is no longer replaced and the behavior is covered by a regression test.
