Scrollable memo widget

### What

The memo widget should be scrollable.

### Why

In current version, only first few lines are visible unless I maximum the widget size or open the note.

### How

Start at the memo widget entry point and reproduce the issue with a note containing enough lines to exceed the widget's current visible area. Determine the existing widget behavior and define done as allowing the memo contents to scroll without maximizing the widget or opening the note.
