Unable to capture screenshot on the About screen

It was reported in 3674847-zen that the user wasn't able to capture a screenshot at the About screen on the Simplenote app version 2.16-rc-1 and 2.16-rc-2.

I was able to replicate this on 2.16-rc-2.

### Expected

I would expect to be able to capture a screenshot on the About screen so I can share it with the support if required. The screen doesn't seem to contain any private information.

### Observed

When I tried to capture a screenshot on the About screen, I see the notice `Cannot capture screenshot. The page contains personal information.`

### Reproduced

1. Tap the navigation drawer on the Simplenote app
2. Go to Settings > About
3. Try capturing a screenshot
4. See the notice `Cannot capture screenshot. The page contains personal information.` shows up at the bottom of the screen and no screenshot is captured.

Reproduce the issue by opening Settings > About on the Simplenote Android app and attempting a screenshot on the reported device or Android version. Trace how the About screen is marked as containing personal information, then verify that screenshots can be captured there without changing the notice behavior on screens that contain private information.
