Support for IDE (integrated development environment)

For building a programming course, it'd be nice to have support for IDE to create tasks, exercises, quizzes, etc.

For example (as requested in 6303562-zen):

> Lesson 1 - for loops in c#
> Task 1 - interactive IDE with 10 exercises that practice for loops and test out the output based on a predefined test case
> Similar to hackerrank or any other online programming challenge platform
