Description
### Expected behavior
I expect when I issue the "Hey Siri, Resume" command the app will start playing the file/episode I last played.
### Actual behavior
The app doesn't start the playback after issuing the resume command. This issue is happening only on iOS 16 devices. I couldn't reproduce it in iOS 15.6.1.
### Steps to reproduce the behavior
1. Play an episode or an uploaded file in the app and pause it
2. Lock the phone
3. Without unlocking the phone, issue the "Hey Siri, Resume" command
4. Siri may ask for confirmation if we want to proceed to resume playing in the Pocket Casts app. Answer "Yes"
5. Observe Siri's answer is "Done"
6. Notice the app doesn't continue the playback.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the command on iOS 16.3.1 and comparing it with iOS 15.6.1, following the six steps in the report and reviewing the linked recordings. Done means the locked-phone “Hey Siri, Resume” command resumes the last-played episode or uploaded file on iOS 16 without the reported failure.
