Accessibity: Voice Over will not select the slider for episode postion

### Expected behavior
I would expect to be able to use all the features of our play with Voice Over, including the slider that selects where playback happens in an episode.

It can't be selected

### Steps to reproduce the behavior
1. Enable Voice Over
2. Open Pocket Casts Player
3. Try to select the slider in the player to skip ahead or behind

Reproduce the issue with VoiceOver on an iPhone SE running iOS 16.3 and Pocket Casts 7.32, then inspect the player’s episode-position slider and its accessibility behavior. Done means VoiceOver can select the slider and use it to skip forward or backward during playback.
