Downloaded episodes: Unarchives and unmarks played episodes

### Expected behaviour

Episodes that were already listened to should ideally remain marked as played. Unsure how archived episodes should be treated, but I guess re-downloading it makes sense.

The episodes are being unarchived and aren't marked as played anymore

### Steps to reproduce the behaviour

- You can open a podcast page, play a few episodes fully or mark them as played and/or archive them
- Choose the 'Download All' button, or manually try to download an archived/marked as played episode
- You should notice it is no longer marked as played and not archived

##### Tested on [iPhone 14 Pro Max], iOS [16.3], Pocket Casts [7.32]

The issue names no files or tests. Reproduce the problem on the podcast page using Download All and manual downloads for played or archived episodes, then trace the download flow; done means downloading does not clear the played state and the intended archive behavior is decided and preserved.
