### Expected behavior
Playback should work as expected when you tap Play.
### Actual behavior
Playback pauses when the user taps Play. However, it will work when tapping Play the second time.
### Steps to reproduce the behavior
Unable to repro. This only happens in their Kia. It works properly in other cars.
