Podcast artwork not updating on the Discover page only

### Expected behavior

When a podcast's artwork is updated in the RSS feed, the artwork should be updated in all places it is available within the app.

### Actual behavior

There have been two instances of a podcast's artwork having been updated in the RSS feed and the artwork updating in all places within the app but the Discover page. Refreshing all artwork via settings has not resolved the issue.

Report 1:

The artwork for "Degrees" had not updated for this person on the front page of Discover where the podcast was included in a themed list. It was updated everywhere else, including the list that opens when tapping "show all" on the Discover list. I did not encounter this issue with this podcast on my iOS device - the artwork shown for me was the new artwork.

Report 2:

I encountered the issue with a podcast that was in the top 20 Trending podcasts (so also on the front page of Discover). The podcast artwork was updated everywhere else, including when viewing it in the "show all" full Trending list.

This podcast has since dropped out of the top 20, and so I no longer have a live example of the issue.

Start at the Discover page and compare artwork shown on its front-page themed or Trending sections with the corresponding podcast page and the full “show all” list. Use the two reported artwork-update scenarios as reference; done means refreshed RSS artwork appears consistently in every Discover view, including the front page.
