Description

### Description

This can be done as shown by the Podcast app iCatcher. I’d really welcome the ability for an option to playback on watch speaker for my walks or laying in bed not wanting to wear headphones. This does not need to require a Series 10 or Ultra 2 to do.

Research direction

Start by locating the Watch app's playback controls and audio-session or output-selection entry points, then compare the behavior with the iCatcher example cited in the issue. Confirm which watch models support speaker playback and define done as an available speaker option that plays podcasts on all supported watches without requiring Series 10 or Ultra 2 hardware.
