Add Speaker playback option for the Watch app for all watches

### Description

This can be done as shown by the Podcast app iCatcher. I’d really welcome the ability for an option to playback on watch speaker for my walks or laying in bed not wanting to wear headphones. This does not need to require a Series 10 or Ultra 2 to do.
