voiceover couldn't linearly navigate the effects screen

I am using voiceover with the latest build of iOS and pocketcast Currently, I couldn't navigate the effects screen by swiping left and right.

### Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. open player by doubletapping on the player button.
2. swipe until you reach effects and double tap on it
3. the expected behaviour is to navigate the effects screen by swipe from left to right
4. instead, it focuses on something on the middle, and only explore by touch is allowing me to navigate the screen.

iOS 18 with latest build of pocketcast

Reproduce the issue on iOS 18 with VoiceOver by opening the player, entering the effects screen, and swiping left and right. Inspect the effects screen's accessibility focus and navigation behavior. Done means VoiceOver moves through the effects screen linearly with swipes instead of requiring Explore by Touch.
