Skip to next episode on playback error.

### What problem does this address?

Apologies if this has already been posted, but I did several searches and didn't see anything about it.
When an episode is not found/unavailable or if you lose internet connection, etc, playback stops. I think it would be a nice feature to have the app skip to the next episode in the playlist for continued listening enjoyment.

### What is your proposed solution?

Add an option to automatically go to next episode in playlist on playback error.
