% of downloading reset to 0% and back to correct value after switching from one layout to another

This can also happen when scrolling a view off and back onto the screen.

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Download an episode from the **Filters* tab.
2. Observe the downloading percentage. It should increment.
3. While the episode is still downloading, switch to a different tab and back to the original position.

**Observations**
- Download percentage in Step 3 keeps resetting to 0% after going back to the **Filters** view.

Reproduce the issue on the Filters tab by starting an episode download, switching layouts or scrolling the view off-screen, and returning while it is still downloading. Trace how the downloading percentage is restored when the view reappears; done means the displayed percentage stays at or returns directly to the current value instead of resetting to 0%.
