Description
### What problem does this address?
Currently, when a show goes on extended hiatus (or potentially ends), you need to keep the podcast displayed on the home screen to be notified if it does come back.
### What is your proposed solution?
It would be awesome if podcasts could be archived (similar to the behavior of individual episodes), which would hide the podcast from view unless a new episode is posted. It would enable users to clean up their home screen while not missing out on the return of a podcast!

Research direction
No files or tests are named. Start by tracing the existing episode-archive behavior, then follow the home-screen podcast list and the path that handles new-episode notifications. Done means archived shows are hidden from view but reappear when a new episode is posted, without losing notifications.
