Episodes Release on The Same Day Don't Follow Sort Order

### Description

When viewing the episode list for a podcast that has multiple episodes that were release on same day, they appear out of order. In the attached screenshot you can see Episode 1 appears above Episode 2 despite other episodes appear properly in descending order.

1. Find a podcast with episodes release on the same day (Pale Blue Pod used in the screenshot example)
2. Observer these episodes appear out of order.
