Custom Playback Action removal

### What problem does this address?

At the moment, a lot of users are mistakenly clicking on the playback bar/scrubber when trying to rewind or fast-forward. This seems to have started becoming a problem since the new Android 13 UI (esp on Pixel).

### What is your proposed solution?

Adding extra spacing would probably help, but the issue affects other music apps too, so is probably not possible.

In our case, maybe adding an option to hide the scrubber or hide all of the actions (as was requested in https://github.com/Automattic/pocket-casts-android/issues/590#issuecomment-1352910794) might help
