Pocket Casts App for Garmin Watches

### What problem does this address?

Currently, there is no Pocket Casts integration with Garmin music-compatible sportwatches.

### What is your proposed solution?

As there is no way to stream audio directly from Garmin's watches, I propose publishing a trimmed-down version of the app for Garmin watches which will enable the option to Download episodes directly to the watch, perhaps syncing from the user's queue.

Some big companies, Spotify, Deezer, and Amazon Music offer offer versions of their apps, but their podcast integrations are subpar, particularly on Garmin watches.
