Description

### Description

We've seen Samsung users on Android 15 reporting that the player notification is disappearing. I can replicate it, but the issue happens with YT Music too, so it does not appear Pocket Casts specific.

It is worth noting that the Player is still present under 'Quick Action' (where you can enable WiFi, etc).

### Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. Play an episode
2. Ensure Settings > Notifications has 'Hide playback notifications on pause' is disabled
3. Pause the episode and keep the live notifications tap opened (swipe down on the top left of screen)
4. Notice that exactly after 60 seconds, the notification is removed

Research direction

Start by reproducing the issue on a Samsung S25 Ultra running Android 15 and Pocket Casts v7.90-rc-2, following the listed pause and notification steps. Compare the live notification with the Player entry under Quick Action; done means the notification remains visible beyond 60 seconds when hiding playback notifications on pause is disabled.
