Scrolling speed is too fast when reordering Podcasts

### Description

When dragging podcasts to reorder in list view, if you have a long list and you want to drag a podcast e.g. from the bottom of the list to the middle, the scrolling speed when you reach the top of the screen is too fast, so it's hard to stop in the right place.

Compared to reordering episodes in the Up Next queue, where the scrolling speed is slower and easier to see where you are.

Please change the scroll speed for podcasts to match the scroll speed of Up Next.
