Description
### Description
We received the following message from a user:
> For the past several months, I've noticed that sometimes the button for rewind has different behavior on the lock screen and in the app. This doesn't happen on every playback, but occasionally, the lock screen rewind will go back by 30 seconds (and shows 30 on the icon). In the app, it rewinds by 10 seconds, as I expect (and the icon shows). I've attached screenshots taken during the same playback.
I believe it is possible to customise the Chromecast notification to include the Pocket Casts skip icons that use the user's skip durations, but we will have to check this. https://developers.google.com/cast/docs/android_sender/integrate#add_media_controls_to_notification_and_lock_screen

Research direction
Start by reviewing the linked Cast Android documentation and locating the Chromecast playback notification media controls. Verify that the notification uses Pocket Casts skip icons and the user's configured rewind and fast-forward durations, matching the in-app behavior.
