Strange behavior when swiping podcasts in download filter from right to left

I have noticed that when I swipe podcasts in the download filter from right to left, sometimes the podcast is removed (archived) and sometimes not (but the entry “Archived” is added below it).

The only way to remove the podcasts in the download filter list is to click 2x on the Filters icon below it.

Is this normal behavior?
