Android Auto: Remaining playback time is incorrect

The user is using Pocket Casts with Android Auto via Bluetooth on a 2022 Audi e-Tron GT. The user says:

> It does not keep up with the actual time elapsed/remaining. When I hit pause and play again it will adjust properly

Additionally, the user has noticed that this happens with two podcasts which contain custom playback effects. Those effects are set as shown below:

Tested on my end using a wired connected but could not replicate an identical issue. For me, the playback time shown on the screen behind the steering wheel was incorrect (it was not using the custom playback speed) and did not match the one shown on Android Auto.
