Pocket Casts Media Notifications stopped working on Pixel 8 Pro

This user reports that PC notifications stopped working suddenly. Previously, they fixed this issue by uninstalling and reinstalling, but they'd like to avoid that. Their notification permissions are enabled in their device.

2. Go to the Media notifications view and find no notifications there
3. Uninstall and reinstall the app to fix the issue
