Don't show the notification permission request as the first screen

### Description

After you install the app the first UI you are presented with is the "Allow Pocket Casts to send you notifications?". This seems like a bad user experience, as we don't need to ask for this permission until a user asks to receive new episode notifications.

Reproduce the issue by freshly installing the Android app and opening it, then trace the entry point that requests notification permission. The change is done when the initial screen appears without the prompt and permission is requested only after the user asks to receive new episode notifications.
