Proposal: Remove unnecessary indent from settings screens

The gap commonly seen in Android settings is to accomodate some screens that have icons, none of ours have icons. Alternatively, we could add icons, but currently there is no reason to indent so much.

Start by locating the Android settings screens and inspect how their content is indented. Remove the unnecessary indentation where the screens have no icons, then verify that the settings layouts remain consistent and readable.
