Description

### Description

I downloaded 4 episodes from my up-next playlist to my watch (Pixel Watch 2).
I played the first one, expecting the next ones to play directly after one episode ended.

Expected: the new episode plays within a second.
Actual: it took 5-15s between the end of the old and the beginning of the new episode.

The phone was not nearby as I was running outside and just listening to by Bluetooth headset.

### Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. Download 2 episodes to the WearOS app.
2. Go running without the phone nearby 😃 (or at least turn off BT at the phone to simulate it? Not sure if necessary.)
3. Start episode 1 a few seconds before the end
4. Wait for episode 2 to be playing

Research direction

Start by reproducing the transition between downloaded episodes on the Pixel Watch 2 while the phone is unavailable, then trace the WearOS playlist handoff and playback startup. Done means the next downloaded episode begins within about one second after the previous episode ends in the listed reproduction scenario.
