App Icon Duplicates on OneUI (Samsung) when 'Home screen only' is enabled

I think improving the way this works currently might need to be looked into. If you have the App Drawer disabled and just have the Homescreen set to show app icons, then you end up with duplicate icons for each different icon you choose.
Here is how I was able to replicate the issue:

Reproduce the issue on a Samsung device running OneUI with the App Drawer disabled and Home screen set to show app icons, using the screenshots as the expected context. Confirm that choosing different app icons creates duplicates; done means each app icon appears only once in this configuration.
