Feature Request: Add Bookmark to Customize Media Actions

I am on Android 14, Samsung S23 (base), PocketCasts 7.53 (9174).

In _Media Notification Controls_ -> _Customize Media Actions_ it is possible to add things like _Playback Speed_ or _Star_. Now that we have the ability to create Bookmarks in PocketCasts it would be awesome to have _Bookmark_ added to the list of options as well. :)

Start by locating the Android implementation of Media Notification Controls > Customize Media Actions and inspect how existing Playback Speed and Star actions are registered. Add Bookmark to the same selectable actions, then verify that it appears in the customization list and works from the media notification on Android.
