Playback Starts Randomly

We've had some user reports of the app starting to play randomly.

110747-zen:

> I've noticed a new error where the app just starts playing my podcasts randomly when my screen is off and the app is closed and not in the notifications. It's happened in my pocket and sitting next to me with nothing touching my phone.
This has happened 4 times since I got my new phone so maybe it's an issue with Android 12.

> my podcasts started playing randomly, which was probably the wrong word. It started playing the playlist I had created, but did so without any of the controls being hit.

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by reproducing the reports on Android 12 with the app closed, the screen off, and no notification controls active; done means identifying and preventing an unsolicited start of the reported playlist.
