Description
It seems like when the `If limit reached` option is set to `Only add to top`, new podcast episodes are not automatically added to the top of the queue and they just stop adding when the queue is full.
Here are the settings from the customer (left) and what I have tried when I replicated this (right):

Noting too that this issue only seems to affect podcasts with the Auto Add to Up Next setting set to the default "Play last" (To bottom). In my own experience and testing so far, "Play next" (To top) still works.
Yes, I can confirm 'To Top' works fine. It's just the default 'To Bottom' which isn't.
