Disable haptic feedback on scroll for watches with rotating bezel

### Description

There is no need in additional haptic feedback (vibration) on scroll for watches with a physical rotating bezel: Galaxy Watch 4/6 Classic. The bezel itself provides such feedback. Vibration feels redundant and consumes battery.

### Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. Open Pocket Casts on Galaxy Watch 4 Classic.
2. Try to scroll via the rotating bezel.
3. You will feel the vibration that is not actually needed.
