Add filter option for Queued/Unqueued

### What problem does this address?

I want to be able to add items to my queue that aren't already queued. That way the items that are already in the queue will maintain their current queue location.

### What is your proposed solution?

Add an option to filters to filter by Queue/Unqueue, similar to what is done with played status/download status.

Start by locating the existing filter implementation and the played-status and download-status filter options in the Android app. Add a Queue/Unqueue filter option that lets users select items not already queued, then verify that applying it preserves the current queue locations of items already in the queue.
