Description

### What problem does this address?

When using the rotary input to adjust the volume, it is recommended to have the volume indicated in the UI.

### What is your proposed solution?

I'm pretty sure that horologist can do this for us. You can see an example of what this should probably look like in the Media Controller app:

Research direction

Start by locating the Watch Now Playing screen and the rotary-input volume handling, then review how horologist supports volume indicators. Use the Media Controller app example as the visual reference. Done means volume changes from the rotary input are visibly reflected in the watch UI.
