Flicker on loading upgrade view

### Description

There is a flicker when `Profile` -> `Accounts` screen loads since the upgrade view doesn't show immediately.

### Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. Login with a `Free` account (in an in-app billing sandbox setup)
2. Go to `Profile` -> `Account` screen
3. Notice that the screen flickers as the upgrade view doesn't show immediately

Noticed in https://github.com/Automattic/pocket-casts-android/pull/1121#pullrequestreview-1498817293

Start by reproducing the flicker in the Profile → Accounts screen with a Free account in the in-app billing sandbox, and review the context in pull request #1121. Trace how the upgrade view is loaded during screen startup. Done means the Accounts screen no longer visibly flickers and the upgrade view appears at the expected time.
