Upload a image from mobile.

1 Images button has been hidden in mobile size editor, but we want to post image from mobile.
2 Should have an option to show/hide editor in mobile front page by default.
3 should have an option to show/hide sidebar by default like the old p2 theme(is this the theme side work, OK...)
4 Front page login/logout, register (optional) is better.
