Enhancement: reflect to-do status in post list

It would be great if the back-end post list could somehow reflect the to-do status of each post.
Perhaps by changing back-end color to green for "done" and to red for "to-do". For me as editor/admin that would give much better overview in the admin page.

Start by locating the back-end post list and the admin page that renders each post, then trace how each post's to-do status is exposed. The work is done when the list visibly distinguishes “done” and “to-do” posts for editors and administrators; no file or test is named in the issue.
