Description
I experience the exact same issue as #1488, but under Windows. I have ran the testcase provided in that issue and get the following output:
Exactly as in the linked issue, one would expect rounded shadows
## Your Environment
* canvas@2.6.1
* node 12.11.1
* Windows 10 Pro
I have not manually installed GTK or any other dependencies, just relied on dependencies being compiled during install
