We are trying to install node-canvas on an Ms Azure app service, win, 32 bit environment.

## Issue
We managed to install the package on a local win, 32 bit environment (following the steps in https://github.com/Automattic/node-canvas/wiki/Installation:-Windows) but we keep getting errors after errors in the installation process when trying to install it on our Ms Azure app service.

Does anyone have experience with installing the package on an Ms Azure app service (win, 32 bit)?

Is it possible at all to install the package on an Ms Azure app service (win, 32 bit)? And if so what are the key steps to do it?

Any help would be appreciated.

## Your Environment
Node version: we tried several, including the latest ones
App server: Ms Azure app service, win, 32 bit environment (note: changing to a VM or 64 bit is not an option for us right now)
