Consolidate meta box buttons

Rather than having "Deploy", "Clone" and "Merge", we should just have "Push" and "Pull" with a small text explanation under each to point out what each does. If, when doing either action, you run into a merge conflict, our merge conflict resolution screen should appear.

Locate the WordPress meta box that currently exposes the Deploy, Clone, and Merge buttons, then trace how those actions reach the merge conflict resolution screen. Replace the three actions with Push and Pull, add the requested explanations, and verify that conflicts from either action still open the resolution screen.
