WordPress shows this message at **Updates** page:

> Important: before updating, please [back up your database and files](https://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Backups). For help with updates, visit the [Updating WordPress](https://codex.wordpress.org/Updating_WordPress) Codex page.
